M-N-M’s Coffeehouse
Michelle, Nicole, and Melissa are the family members that own and operate M-N-M’s Coffeehouse. Established December 1st, 2006, the name “reflects the partnership” of Michelle and her children, Nicole and Melissa.
Michelle and her husband, Al, run a dairy farm on North Madison Street “so she is used to the hard work and dedication.”
The couple raised their daughters in Waunakee, and they grew up on a farm. The farm “taught them the importance of working hard and taking chances” which has made it possible for M-N-M’s to be one of the best coffee shops in Waunakee.
The two daughters had the chance to understand business while growing up on the farm and were “driven by the achievements of one’s own success.”
Melissa earned a business degree shortly before her older sister Nicole relocated back to Waunakee from the East. The trio was “reunited in the only Waunakee in the world” and staked their claim in the coffee industry.

Guilty Café
Guilty Café is a bakery and coffee shop collaboration. Michelle Felder and Linh Tuong schemed up “a fresh interior design” to create a space that promotes “collaboration and fellowship.” Their “popular menu” aims to meet “anyone’s tastes or cravings.” Guilty’s unique approach makes them one of the best coffee shops in Waunakee.
Founded in 2017, the Café “has been bringing joy to peoples’ lives with great coffee, inventive menu options, and high-class dessert menus.” At Guilty Café, “having dessert first is a necessity.”
Felder’s “passion and love of baking” led her to start Guilty Pleasure Desserts. It only took two years before she “decided it was time to expand into a storefront.” As a professional baker for 15 years, Guilty Café provides “gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free options.”
